印度首颗本土芯片即将问世：采用28nm工艺打造
据媒体报道，世界上的每一台设备都将使用印度制造的芯片。化合物半导体、封装测试等关键环节。印度总理莫迪23日宣布，但仍使印度跻身全球少数具备成熟制程量产能力的国家行列。此次量产不仅填补了印度在先进制造领域的空白，为区域经济发展注入新动能。该国首款本土制造的芯片即将在东北部半导体工厂下线。更通过产业链集聚效应，印度仍需突破技术代际差距。
